Working with Bradley Knight for over 15 years has been a dream. Bradley is the consummate student and continually strives to get better, even at the top of his game. When I contacted Bradley about working together again to create an Easter musical for Word Music & Church Resources built around the Phil Whickham song "Living Hope," he said a definite "yes." Then the process of finding songs began. As a result of God's divine timing, Bradley had just finished orchestrating some songs for TaRanda Greene's latest project entitled The Healing. Bradley suggested listening through this recording because it was filled with songs about the blood of Jesus, His resurrection, and the ultimate healing to come when we someday see Jesus face to face. As I listened to the songs, I was blown away by the quality throughout the project. TaRanda's recording became the inspiration for this Easter musical. If you haven't bought The Healing by TaRanda Greene, it is a must-have project for anyone to experience. As the musical took shape, Bradley and I knew we had something special in motion. Most importantly, the message of Jesus' life, death, and mighty resurrection was loud and clear. For all those overwhelmed by the guilt and shame of sin, the message of this Easter musical is filled with promise... Hope is alive! The massive divide between them and God is now gone. A bridge over that chasm has been made by the sacrifice of God's Son, Jesus. That is the central theme of this new Easter musical. No matter where they've been or what was done, there is a loving God who wants to forgive them. God wants to give them hope through His Son Jesus Christ—Our Living Hope. May God bless you and your ministry, Johnathan Crumpton Foreword CHB For Preview Only
