OVER 140 YEARS OF SERVICE THE PEPPER GUARANTEE When I joined the Pepper family almost four years ago, I was tasked with studying and researching the community and collegiate choir markets. That research led us to new and important discoveries about community and collegiate choral ensembles, encouraging us to do things differently to meet your needs. To that end, we built a new web page, began featuring community groups on that page in The Pepper Spotlight, and created this new catalog. This year marks the third edition of our catalog devoted exclusively to collegiate and community choirs, both adult and children's. We've learned that you shop differently and that your repertoire is different than the traditional church and school markets, so we designed both this catalog and the new web page to keep pace with your preferences. In the regular sections such as Sacred and Secular we focus on newer works – released in the past two cycles – that are generating interest and excitement in the community or collegiate choir worlds. We know that thematic concerts are important to community ensembles, so we also feature works in broad categories such as Diversity, Social Justice, and Earth, Sea & Sky to name just a few. We also learned that you are always looking for the latest works to program for your ensembles, so we have included a New & Exciting section that lists some of the most important works – all brand-new and being released this year. We also realize that older works are important to you, so we are exploring ways to make them easier to find, view and listen to on our website.
