(Without music)
NARRATOR: The journey from Bethlehem to Jerusalem was one marked
with passion and purpose, sorrow and surrender, brokenness and betrayal.
At the sound of His voice, demons were cast out, and winds and waves
cowered in obedience. Forgiveness was offered and lives were transformed.
He spoke with the authority of Heaven yet surrounded Himself with lowly
fishermen. He was the Savior of the world, yet a friend to sinners, the
lonely, the hurting, the wounded and the unclean. No matter who they
were or where they had been, (music begins) Jesus looked at them through
the eyes of mercy and saw something worth redeeming.
