Rainbow Ukulele Curriculum (Method for
Teaching Ukulele in the General Music
Classroom)—Shelley Tomich. Rainbow Ukulele
is a beginning curriculum for teaching ukulele
in the elementary general music classroom.
In this comprehensive unit for the music
classroom, students are taught the history
of the ukulele, the parts of the ukulele, how
to tune, reading music (tab and traditional
notation), fingerstyle, and chords. Students
are systematically taken through playing over
50 songs using C7, C, F, and G7. The student
edition includes a reproducible student method
book to print for your students. The teacher
edition includes a teaching presentation to
guide students through the lessons. Each song
