*NARRATOR: God announced the birth of His Son with a blazing star.
Its light was constant and fixed, and it reached the most distant corners of the earth.
In a far off Eastern land, three wise men saw this heavenly light and set out on a
perilous journey. They followed the light to Bethlehem, where they sought the new
King they had read about in Scripture. The wise men had carefully packed three
precious gifts, worthy of the monarch they sought:
Gold, the most valued of earthly elements,
Frankincense, a pure and priceless perfume, and
Myrrh, an oil to anoint a Sovereign's brow.
These were opulent treasures indeed - but they paled in comparison to
the priceless treasure that lay asleep in the humble manger.
