116 Lions The Lions should all wear a touch of red in their costumes or the same red T-shirt as their choir team. Randal Dress him like a nerd. (Short pants with white socks, suspenders, a red cardigan and glasses.) Joy She should wear a red and white cheerleader outfit with pom-pons. If she wears the red T-shirt, just have her carry the pom-pons. Hilary-Ann Dress her in a conservative skirt and blouse or suit that is primarily red. If she wears the red T-shirt, add a blazer and pull her hair back into a bun with a few pencils in it. Zac He should wear a red zip-up sweater shirt and wear his hat backwards. Set Design In this musical there is only one set. It takes place in a game show. So please take a little extra time to think what elements you can add to make your set colorful and fun. Lighting effects will make this happen visually. Keeping in mind what your unique staging space looks like, adjust the set accordingly. The set will be divided down the middle with Blink, Holly and Ivy in the middle with the scoreboards. In the center will also be the two teams- four Lions contestants and four Eagles contestants. Divide the choir in two so that half of them are on risers rooting for the Eagles (in green) and the other half will be on risers rooting for the Lions (in red). Please take time to view the DVD of this musical for some fabulous set ideas. Place the contestants around a podium (in the style of Family Feud), with each contestant having his own buzzer; or put the contestants in a semi-circle around a podium with one buzzer for each team. The scoreboard can simply be two easels that Holly and Ivy change the cards on as the scores change. Or you can make it more contemporary by hooking up monitors that change.
