Michael Story. This setting of the march,
from Grieg's "Lyric Suite," is an extremely
charming and colorful work. Delicate at
the beginning, it develops the lyric melody,
then the setting builds with intensity to a
dramatic conclusion. A rewarding and musical
march from the classical repertoire.
