Production Notes Cast of Characters MR. CARMICHAEL: Older boy or adult (acts) The money hungry Toy Store owner who has a change of heart. JACOB: Older boy (acts and sings) He is spiritually sound, and his father owns Jesse's Trees. KARLY: Young girl (acts) She is an innocent little girl who plays Mary in the Christmas pageant. ABIGAIL: Older girl (acts and sings) She is running the tree lot to buy Christmas gifts for the needy children. She sneezes a lot and flirts a little with Jacob. GWEN: girl (acts and sings) Runs the bake sale with Addison. ADDISON: girl (acts and sings) Runs bake sale with Gwen. LUCAS: boy (acts) Jesse's friend who likes to think he's macho. POLICE MAN: boy (acts) Enters blowing a whistle while trying to close down the tree lot and pageant. MOTHER: adult (acts) She is Karly's mother. She "Pays it forward" to Mr. Carmichael.
