PSALM 23 – SATB
NARRATOR: "Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my
enemies: You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows."
Certainly our cup overflows, but not only in the times of
peace and contentment. The Psalmist says that the Lord
prepares a table in the presence of our enemies. Especially
in the presence of enemies, through the times of struggle,
the Lord prepares us a table of blessings. These blessings
are continuously poured over us as our cup overflows.
