During the verses, he could help move blocks, if necessary, and help the kids create their snapshots on stage. Scene 4: Direct the five main kids to cross the stage, find a block and lean against it or sit down on it for the dialogue in this scene. Song 4 – "Listen": This song begins as a solo and can be sung by either Harper or Esther (since Sara is offstage taking her selfie on the slide). Stage the beginning so that the soloist is standing alone, stage right. As the song progresses, she crosses left so that by the end of the song, she is singing the final solo stage left. The other four kids can stand around her, as if she is now telling them about her relationship with God. During the chorus, choreograph unified movements for all the kids, including the kids on the risers. Sara may re-enter during the first chorus. Coach Walker can listen with compassion to the soloist and then pretend he's teaching the kids the principles in the chorus. Scene 5: This is a quick scene, so the kids can stay standing, crossing the stage naturally to speak with each other; or they may ask Coach Walker a question. Song 5- "All About the Call (Reprise)": During this song, the five main actors, with Coach Walker's help, can act out the verses, taking turns jumping up on the blocks to create snapshots of the action described in the lyric. For the chorus, choreograph unified movements for all the kids to do together. HAVE FUN!! 56 For Preview Only
