What does it feel like to truly meditate and focus on a single subject and to allow yourself to be moved and inspired – to set aside peripheral distractions, responsibilities, and to-dos? Around Christmastime, just being present can seem like an impossible task. e demands of the season battles for our attention, our time, and our focus. However, the very thing that brings us together at Christmas demands that we are present to reflect and moved by Christ's birth. In this work, the concept of being present weaves throughout the music and narration presents a challenge to experience Christmas in God's presence and the presence of those around us.
