l My Father's World—Stephen Bulla. Here is a
pastoral setting of this beautiful traditional English
melody. The words to the hymn however were
written by a pastor in Lockport (New York) while
hiking through farms and orchards near his
home. He would often say, "I'm going out to see
my Father's world." And indeed the song's lyrics
speak of "rocks and trees, of skies and seas; His
hand the wonders wrought." In this arrangement
the melody is well suited to the Horn's warm and
lyrical qualities.
