Program Notes Revenge of the Red Pepper was commissioned by Dr. David Littrell, Kansas State University Distinguished Professor in Music, in honor of the 40th Anniversary of String Fling at K-State and for the Manhattan, KS youth symphony, the Gold Orchestra.
