NARRATOR: On the night before Jesus was betrayed, He gathered with the twelve in the upper room.
Even as He tried to tell them His hour was at hand, they could not understand. But in the days and hours
that followed, God's redemption plan would be revealed in all its glory. The prayer in Gethsemane, the
betrayal of Judas, the arrest, the trial . . . It was all happening so quickly. (Music begins) A scarlet robe,
a crown of thorns, the agony of a Roman cross. And then with one final cry of surrender, it was finished.
