*NARRATOR: The road to Bethlehem began in the heart of the Father.
God knew we would need a Redeemer. He could see beyond the manger
to the cross our redemption would demand. And so it was in the fullness
of God's perfect time, Mary and Joseph went up from Galilee, out of the
city of Nazareth, into Judea, unto the city of David.
Scripture tells us she brought forth her firstborn Son and wrapped Him in
swaddling clothes, and laid Him in a manger because there was no room
for them in the inn. And so He came. A Miracle in a manger. Holiness in
flesh and blood. The darkness was lifted, for the Light of the world had come.
