Long a beautiful standard, here is a lush ballad
setting for vocalist with jazz ensemble. The vocal
range is from G below middle C to third line B-flat,
with an optional C. The lead trumpet range goes to
written A above the staff. This arrangement features
the ensemble equally with the soloist, and a clever

nice contrast. If you don't have a vocalist to feature,
optional solo parts are included for B-flat and E-flat
instruments, or trombone. The full ensemble also
gets space in the spotlight in this gorgeous chart!
