NARRATOR: (Music starts) Darkness descends on a hill called Calvary. Though it is
mid-day, the sun is hidden as if the blackness of midnight has fallen. And there the
Savior of the world is crucified… and heaven weeps.
Yet, in the chaos of this unthinkable injustice, a cry is heard: "It is finished!" The
redemption of mankind is completed. From death comes life. From tragedy, triumph
will emerge. And from defeat… victory!
