SONG: "VeggieTales Theme Song" – (Children are already on stage as Theme Song
begins; they sing along with DVD.)
DVD song ends – (cheers, applause, kids shouting, jumping; " Yea! VeggieTales," etc).
SONG: " I Can't Believe It's Christmas" – (Instrumental Underscoring bridge plays as
children take their places on risers and main stage characters/adults settle in. Music
fades out…)
NARRATOR: (Adult on Stage): Hi, everybody! Wow! There are so many people out
there, it gives me an idea! How about we put on a Christmas Show!?
KIDS: Yea! (shouts and cheers)
KID #1: Yea! A show!
KID #2: (very precocious, good speaking voice and exaggerated arm motions) How
about, an incredible….gigantic….humongous Christmas Show!?!
ALL KIDS: Yea! (shouts and cheers!)
NARRATOR: Well, OK then. Let's get started! What will we need to put into our
Humongous Christmas Show? Any ideas?
KID #3: (runs in from off stage carrying a large Christmas stocking) A gigantic stocking!
You can't have Christmas without a stocking!
ALL KIDS: (respond, cheering) Yea! Hooray! A Christmas stocking! etc.
