contemplative strains of Savior of the Nations,
Come and Come, Thou Long-Expected Jesus
are woven together in this lovely musical
offering for the Advent season. With no key
alterations, straight-forward ringing, and only a
few bell changes, this is a fine selection to put
together when rehearsals are at a minimum.
A perfect choice to put your congregation in a
thoughtfully prayerful mood.

Amen, Amen—arr. Linda R. Lamb. This
uplifting spiritual for Christmas or general use
is arranged for bell choir with handchimes
- plus a bell tree! The upper bells are used
for the bell tree, so only one set of bells
is needed. A malleted rhythm in the bass
supports the melody as it playfully weaves
between the bell tree and the treble bells. The
handchimes are optional, but their use is very
much encouraged. A separate bell tree part is
included in the edition.

Angels We Have Heard on High—arr. Cathy
Moklebust. A refreshing take on the classic
carol! Beginning slowly with singing bells,
flowing eighth notes and handchimes, one can
imagine the shepherds' awe and amazement
at hearing the angels' message. They hurry
across the plain to find the child, depicted by
malleted and thumb-damped bells in a spirited,
rhythmic section in 7/8 time. With an LV eighth-
note accompaniment under a chordal treble
melody sprinkled with a few sixteenth notes, the
final verse is majestic and full as the shepherds
find the holy family and worship their newborn
king. Optional 3-7 octaves handchimes.

Manger)—arr. Nicholas A. Hanson. Combining
two popular tunes for Away in a Manger, this
enchanting carol medley uses optional 3-7
octave handchimes or two octaves of silver
melody bells. Set in compound meters, your
choir will develop rhythmic independence
playing three against two in several sections.
Many notes in the midrange are written twice:
once according to handbell notation, and a
second time to indicate voice leading. Enjoy

The Wexford Carol
Good People All, This Christmas Time
arr. Cathy Moklebust.
This 12th-century Irish carol begins with singing bells and a delicate
chime tree supporting the freely played melody. When percussion
enters, the carol becomes more rhythmically steady. The conclusion is
much like the beginning, with singing bells and chime tree that gradually
fade away. This haunting, gentle arrangement is fitting for either worship
or concert. The percussion parts are included in the full score.
Optional handchimes (3-6 octaves.)
