Don't miss this fantastic arrangement of the lead single from Paul Simon's acclaimed album Graceland, recorded in 1986. The music was inspired by Simon's trip to South Africa, and this song went on to become one of his biggest hits. The suggested solos are included in the parts for the entire section, so you can make it a soli feature if you prefer. There's a marvelous ensemble tutti section that starts softly then builds to the end. 2470818 Jazz Ensemble . . . . . . . . . . VE 45.00 Caravan—Duke Ellington/arr. Michael Sweeney. Everyone will recognize this Duke Ellington classic! It was one of the featured works in the 2014 movie "Whiplash" and uses interesting textures and alternates between a Latin groove and swing. This is a very effective production number with limited technical demands for young players. 2307627 Jazz Ensemble . . . . . . . . . . . E 45.00 Dat Dere—Bobby Timmons/arr. Erik Morales. A soulful tune with a catchy title and melody! In a medium swing groove and a moderate tempo with a slightly mysterious intro, the saxes grab the melody and it builds from there.
