arranger, and you get a hard-driving rock
chart that's filled with instrumental and

4/4! The open solo section for any instrument
has only two chords, and the chart works fine
even if the solo section is omitted. The trumpets

ballad arrangement of this beloved Christmas
standard. Colored by a finger picked acoustic
guitar line, the trombones are featured in
the Kenton style, followed by a short alto
saxophone solo. The entire brass section
states the melody in a "legit" fashion, leading
into a grandiose section for the entire
ensemble. This chart can be the centerpiece
