Remember Calvary" is a choral work for Holy
Week that uses both traditional and contemporary
hymns, worship songs, congregational singing,
scripture reading and narration to paint a vivid and
moving picture of Christ's last days and his journey
to the cross. The overall tone is one of reflection
and worship. It uses the customary seven candles
in the sanctuary that are darkened individually
as the service progresses. Congregational
singing is used on familiar tunes, with the words
provided as a reprintable page on the score.
The work can be combined with communion,
or a devotional from your pastoral staff. Very
beautifully conceived and presented by Joel
