And so it was that Mary and Joseph took their newborn
Baby, wrapped Him in swaddling clothes, and laid Him in a
manger. And all who came to see Him marveled at the
wonder of this newborn King. (music begins to "That First
Cry") But with all of His majesty and splendor, He was, after
all, a Baby. His physical appearance was like any other.
However, with His very first breath on this side of Heaven,
Hope became new and God's Promise was realized.
