Originally recorded by Mariah Carey in 1994, this upbeat Christmas favorite has become a holiday staple year after year. John Berry provides a great sounding and accessible version in a straight ahead medium swing style with the melody traded around from section to section. No solos are required. Highly recommended! 10461384 Jazz Ensemble . . . . . . ME 45.00 H And the Angels Swing!arr. Paul Clark. You won't find a better chart for your holiday or winter concert than this one! A medley that contains three famous Christmas carols that have "Angels" in the title, it begins with a medium swing version of Hark the Herald Angels Sing that features the whole ensemble. The next section is Angels from the Realms of Glory which is at a slower tempo in a ballad style and begins with a short, written solo by either trombone or tenor sax. The medley ends with an exciting up tempo version of Angels We Have Heard on High that features the whole band.
