SET DESIGN The set can be simply designed with 5 large geometric shapes painted brown, as if they were wooden structures of part of the playground. The children's choir can stand on risers upstage. A sign reads: "Welcome to the Prayground!" C H I L D R E N'S C H O I R R I S E R S Lighting Light your stage and risers uniformly. The story takes place in the morning, so the lights can be bright. Add spots as necessary downstage for the main actors. During the song, "Listen," dim the stage lights and bring up a spot on the soloist. For a little extra techno-feel, use colored lighting effects for the song, "Hear It in the Ringtone." Also consider adding colors and effects for the last song, "All About the Call (Reprise)." Audio For best results, mic your children's choir separately and provide 6 wireless headset/ lavalier mics for Coach Walker and the five kids with speaking parts. Visual To fully enhance your production, the easy-to-use Accompaniment DVD available from wordmusic.com is the perfect background complement! (080689596094) 53 For Preview Only
