While they were eating, he said to them, "I have eagerly desired to share this Feast with you before I suffer, yet one of you will betray me this very night." When the disciples began to question which of them it might be, Jesus replied, "It is the one who dips bread into the bowl with me." Taking the bread, he gave thanks and broke it. As he gave it to the disciples, he said, "This is my body, given for you. Eat it in remembrance of me." Then he took the cup, gave thanks, and offered it to them, saying, "This is my blood which is poured out for many. Drink it in remembrance of me." Afterward, he took a piece of bread and gave it to Judas with these words: "What you are about to do, do quickly." As soon as Judas took the bread, he went out. And it was night. the lament of the lamb: If an enemy were insulting me, I could endure it. But it is you, a man like myself, my companion who I trusted. The one who shared my bread has turned against me. Lord, truly I am your servant.
