MAGELLAN: Luke 2. POLO:
Luke 2! Aye, aye! Captain, we have a location and a course!
MAGELLAN: Mr. Otto, send us! SFX 9: "Hyper-Speed"
(The ship begins its usual vibration and turbulence for several seconds as it enters "hyper-activity." The crew holds on and leans and stumbles as the bridge "rocks." The more "campy" this is performed, the better. After several seconds, the ride becomes smooth.)
MAGELLAN: Mr. Otto, status report! OTTO:
Captain we are hyper-active!
MAGELLAN: Good. Any minute we should be ready to decelerate into the time of the Wise Men! I can't believe …
SPARKY: Look at the view-port!
(All run to the view-port where they are greeted by a bright light. They shield their eyes, squint and look away.)
OTTO: What is it? MAGELLAN: It's the star! Follow it!
