( John 1:12-13) Salvation came and mystery of mysteries this Baby in the manger was the revelation of the Father Himself. Mary and Joseph looked in wonder at what God had done. All their fears seemed so small now. The Baby was a baby after all. He was helpless and needed them. Of course, Mary knew what to do with a baby! As for the rest, surely God would help them. Mary and Joseph were learning. Everything had its own timing! For now, all was right with the world. Looking at the face of their little One, they marveled that it held the salvation of God's people.
