Hear the call of ancient ancestors in this exciting tribute to legend and legacy. Bold, heroic themes of fierce warriors and noble rulers rise through subtle pentatonic harmonies that suggest mighty Asian dynasties. Combine that with syncopated rhythmic ideas and one can see why the title is so fitting. As playful as the title is, this certainly is not a novelty piece. It is a technical, yet extremely playable showcase for your orchestra. 10995987 String Orchestra . . . . . . . . . . .60.00 10995988 Additional Score . . . . . . . . . . . .6.00 Echelon—Kathryn Griesinger.
