Hope, Peace, Joy: A Trilogy—Mark Burrows.

separately or more effectively all together. Each
song is based on a round that features one of
the voice parts - they are linked thematically but
contrast musically with one another. Employing
body percussion and distinctive melodies, they
are unique and fun concert repertoire choices for

loved ones using Native words and phrases from
across North America: Abenaki, Odawa/Ojibwe,
Lakota, and Navajo/Dine. The performance of this
piece is more than the singing of a song. It is an

voices have been silenced.
