Look, Ye Saints! The Sight Is Glorious—arr.
Mark Edwards. The sturdy Welsh tune
BRYN
CALFARIA has been arranged in an accessible
and enjoyable piece for Easter. Men and
women each take a verse, then combine
for the refrain. The third verse is filled with
drama depicting the mocking crowd and the
contrasting scene now in heaven. Finally, the
hymn broadens and pulls out all the stops
with a high declaration that "Christ is King
and Lord of all!" For Easter or any service of
celebration. Parts for brass orchestration are
available separately (B-flat trumpets, horn in
F, trombone, tuba, timpani, and percussion).
