A majestic hymn anthem for Palm Sunday,
Advent, or general use that is easy to learn
and perform. The stirring accompaniment
skillfully supports the choir and optional
congregation. The middle stanza begins with
a short, lovely SSA section, then resumes
SATB voices for the remainder. After a key
change, the congregation joins again for
the last stanza which includes an exciting
optional descant before the choir finishes the
hymn. Orchestration for three trumpets, horn
in F, three trombones, tuba, two percussion,
and keyboard/rhythm is available separately.
