LASST UNS ERFREUEN begins
in 3/2 with the beloved harmonies by Ralph
Vaughan Williams in the opening section,
then moves to 4/4 with a high treble ostinato
over variations on the hymn tune below.
Transitioning to the final grand verse, high
treble bells continue in a bright peal with
the hymn tune augmented in the bass.
