Daughter) is a terrific introduction to Latin music.
The melody is passed between reeds and brass
and there is even a simplified montuno following
the solo section. The features include moderate

open solo section. Any player can solo with
notes from the concert G natural minor
scale using the included transposed scale
sheet, and the solo section can be repeated
as many times as necessary with backgrounds
cued as desired. For students who wish not to
improvise, a suggested solo is included in all
parts. Scored for full jazz ensemble, it will sound
full and complete with an optional minimum
instrumentation of nine players (AAT Saxes, 2

part. Mike even included additional percussion
parts for some winds to further enhance the
