32 00-45217 Blessed be the name of the Lord, from this time forth and forevermore! Alleluia. Alleluia. Alleluia. After they had sung the hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. There, beneath the ancient trees, while His disciples dozed, Jesus was overwhelmed with sorrow as He prayed: "Abba, Father, take this cup away from Me! Take this cup away from Me! Nevertheless, Abba, not My will, let Yours be done. Let Yours be done." The hour had come when the Son of God was delivered into the hands of His accusers and led away to be scourged, tried, and sentenced to die, while His disciples turned and ran, just as Jesus had predicted.
