It's a simple blues with a great melody introduced by alto and trumpet. Written solos are provided for alto, tenor, trumpet, and trombone, and optional parts are included for expanded instrumentations along with an optional vibes part. This familiar Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart jazz standard has certainly retained its timeless quality even today. The iconic melody is traded around between the saxes and brass. This Stevie Wonder hit from the 1970s features a distinctive Latin/rock groove along with a memorable theme. The tempo is moderate and there is plenty of tutti ensemble playing, plus a short written or improvised solo for trumpet.
