1 FOREWORD Something's Fishy! is a flexible collection of children's songs that can be used separately or together as a 20-minute musical about God's great big world. If performed as a musical, the rhyming dialog can be spoken by as few or as many voices as you desire, or may be used as spoken introductions to the songs when used individually. Ruth Elaine Schram is a veteran writer of music for adult, youth, and children's voices for church, school, and more. Her zest for life, sense of humor, outstanding musicianship, and endless fountain of creativity springs from her deep and abiding faith and love of people. This new collection is yet another reflection of her fresh and childlike interest in God's great big world, and her desire to share it with young minds and many more. -The Publisher DISCUSSION TOPICS Use these "starter questions" for discussions about each song during rehearsals to deepen your children's choir's understanding and experience as they learn and perform the songs contained in this collection.
