NARRATION:
From Luke's gospel, we hear this account:
God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a young
maiden named Mary. The angel said to her, "Greetings, you who are
highly favored! The Lord is with you." Mary was greatly concerned
with his words and pondered what kind of greeting this might be. But
the angel gave comfort saying, "Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found
favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a Son, and you will
call Him Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins."
