CUE LIGHTS, FOG What in the world? Oh my goodness… what's happening? Help! ARMOR: What help do you need? MORRIS: (shocked) You WERE moving! Who are you! What IS this place? ARMOR: Morris, you have come to the Land of the Lost… (ARMOR makes own echo) lost… lost… lost… MORRIS: What? I thought Mr. Theo was going to help me find my way! ARMOR: That's the plan, Morris. I'd like to invite you to step into the Word. MORRIS: Step into the Word? Right now, I'd be happy if I could just step into the right classroom! ARMOR: I thought you were feeling scared… and alone… and lost… MORRIS: That's true. ARMOR: Maybe this book has some answers that might help. 4 / 22 SONG: STEP INTO THE WORD A LITTLE DIRECTION: "Step into the Word" gives you the options of featuring 1-3 soloists. If you use three soloists, have each sing one of the first lines, then join together as a group solo on line 4. You may choose to feature a "Step into the Word" team to add dance or movements. This team could also help you change scenery/props to prepare for the next scene. Want more direction? Digital Teacher Resource Kit is available at www.openheartmusicals.com.
