This ethereal original composition is suitable
for any time a quiet moment is needed in
worship, school, or concert. When used during
the Advent season, it symbolically aligns with
the themes of hope and peace represented
by two of the four Advent candles. The ending
includes an optional quote from the tune
VENI
EMMANUEL (O Come, O Come, Emmanuel).
Techniques included are singing bell, LV, and
echo. With very basic rhythms and minimal
accidentals, this very accessible composition is
appropriate for nearly any group. The editions
are compatible for massed ringing.
